Ron Kovacs has developed a broad range of legal and business expertise in the areas of real estate, land development, condominiums, wills and estates, corporate and commercial law, business law, and financial and estate planning. This broad range of knowledge and expertise allows him to give valuable guidance on the various aspects of a real estate transaction.
He has been certified by the Law Society as a Certified Specialist in Real Estate Law. The Certified Specialist Program recognizes members of the Law Society who have met established standards of experience and knowledge and have maintained exemplary standards of professional practice.
He is also a frequent lecturer and contributor for the Hamilton Law Association’s continuing legal education seminars for lawyers. He has presented on the purchase of multi-unit residential and commercial properties, buying a business, commercial leases, new home builder contract pitfalls and other real estate related matter.
